Happy Valentine’s Day my friends! In honor of Valentine’s Day, I put together a workout that you can do at home to give you those sexy arms you’ve always wanted! All you need is a set of dumbbells – or if you don’t have those, you can always use soup cans!
I actually picked up a set of dumbbells at Target on Wednesday and I am so happy that I did! If you’re in the market for dumbbells, these 6 lb. Champion weights are the ones that I bought.
I put together this set of arm exercises yesterday while I was snowed in and had a great time using my new dumbbells. It’s nice to have gear at home so you don’t always have to rely on the gym… especially when its freezing outside. I started with 6 lb. weights because I haven’t lifted in a while, but feel free to use whatever amount you are comfortable with.
This workout is perfect for girls on the go, because it only takes about 15 minutes to complete. No excuses! I’m going to continue posting exercise routines for you all now that I have a set of dumbbells. Get ready for fun, creative workouts!

Love this workout! I do a lot of these workouts, and never really change it up haha but I guess why change someone if it makes you happy right?? And you’re so right! Having weights at home are the best, can’t make up an excuse when they are right there and nothing is actually stopping you. Have a great weekend 🙂
