April Goals

Oh my goodness.  I can’t believe it’s already April!  Christmas feels like it was just a few weeks ago!  As March is now over, and April is beginning, I thought I’d lay out some goals for the month.  You all know that I started running again, so I obviously needed to make some running goals; however, I divided up my goals in 3 categories: fitness, personal, and blogging.

Fitness

  1. Register for a 10K to run in early May
  2. Register for a half marathon to run in the fall
  3. Run at least 3 mi 5 days a week
  4. Do yoga at home at least 1x a week
  5. Make sure to foam roll when needed!

 

Personal

  1. Finish reading Kara Goucher’s ” Running for Women”
  2. Start reading “Catching Fire”
  3. Continue using the Clarisonic and my AHA creme before bed and track progress in 1 month

 

Blogging

  1. Film at least 1 video a week for the blog
  2. Write blog posts the night before
  3. Start a new interview series with other healthy living and lifestyle bloggers
  4. Get some guest posts up on the blog
