Oh my goodness. I can’t believe it’s already April! Christmas feels like it was just a few weeks ago! As March is now over, and April is beginning, I thought I’d lay out some goals for the month. You all know that I started running again, so I obviously needed to make some running goals; however, I divided up my goals in 3 categories: fitness, personal, and blogging.
Fitness
- Register for a 10K to run in early May
- Register for a half marathon to run in the fall
- Run at least 3 mi 5 days a week
- Do yoga at home at least 1x a week
- Make sure to foam roll when needed!
Personal
- Finish reading Kara Goucher’s ” Running for Women”
- Start reading “Catching Fire”
- Continue using the Clarisonic and my AHA creme before bed and track progress in 1 month
Blogging
- Film at least 1 video a week for the blog
- Write blog posts the night before
- Start a new interview series with other healthy living and lifestyle bloggers
- Get some guest posts up on the blog
