It was a bit surreal to be on the Chobani website, considering I’ve been a fan for years now! Chobani was the first Greek yogurt brand I tried and I fell in love with my first bite. Greek yogurt has been a food item that I love eating the regular way. You know, straight up or with fruit. I always read recipes with Greek yogurt as an ingredient but I never follow through with making it. (Partially b/c Bryan LOATHES yogurt of all varieties). So, I gotta ask…

On an unrelated note, I just wanted to say thank you for all the kind words on the post about my Mom yesterday. I had no idea that so many of you were also motherless daughters. I am glad that I was able to share the ideas of that book with all of you. It truly changed my life.

I don’t really have a favorite “recipe” using Greek yogurt, but I love to substitute plain Chobani for sour cream! It tastes (almost) identical!
