It has been a long week. I haven’t felt 100% this week, so I plan to up my vitamin intake. Everyday I take my multivitamin (Flinstones gummies to be exact). From today until the end of April, I will be taking a biotin vitamin and 4 b12 vitamins per day on top of my multivitamin. I want to see the changes biotin makes to my hair,skin, and nails… and the b12 to my energy levels. I will keep you posted at the end of March and again at the end of April.
I don’t know if it’s stress or just a lack of necessary vitamins, but my nails have been peeling very easily lately. No bueno.
