I can’t believe it’s the weekend again, but I’m not complaining!
Getting out of bed this morning was an issue. I stayed up later than I wanted to and had no urge to get out of bed before 6AM to go to the gym. If I want to get a workout in before work, I need to be at the gym by 6AM so I can be home by 7.
But it’s OK. I get out of work early today at 3PM, so I’ll have time to go to the gym for a quick workout before heading out for the night. I’m still trying to figure out a good weight training plan to follow. I’m thinking I might give Jamie Eason’s plan a try again. This time, I’ll just follow the weights and not worry about her cardio rules.

Omg so funny you mention getting your car washed because mine needs to be washed SO BADLY! A coworker actually pointed out the bird poop on the side, so I know it’s bad. lol We’re supposed to get a little bit of snow tomorrow so I’ll probably hold off another day or two!
I like that top. I just got a new pair of running gloves I can’t wait to try.
