It’s FRIDAY, my friends. This week seemed to just drag on. Aside from feeling overwhelmed mid-week, this week wasn’t too bad. I have a few things that I want to definitely get completed this weekend including:
– a trip to Barnes and Noble to look at some cookbooks
– lots of pool time with Bryan
– spending time with friends
– meal prep/grocery shopping for the week
– putting together an at-home binder for all my freelancing/blog items
Yes, I have a lot going on but if I get most of it done, next week should go by without a hitch.
In the mean time, it’s still Friday and it’s time for my Friday Favorites!
Dinner at the roof top taco truck at Whole Foods with Bryan and his dad. We were originally going to Whole Foods for their make-your-own mac and cheese that I talked about on here before, but unfortunately they took it off their menu! I’m very disappointed about that. But the taco truck is always a safe bet too. The weather was perfect and they had a live band last night so the ambiance was great.
Making print outs for my new binder I’m putting together. These are to track my FitDay.com articles. The one sheet is for articles in my queue and the other are ones that I’ve finished, submitted and got paid for. Can’t wait to put this whole binder together already!
Red-orange nails this week. I have a few nail polishes that I wear ALL THE TIME. Usually they are from my Essie collection. However, this week I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone from my normal neutrals. This one I had for a while now – Sinful Colors “Go Daddy”. Sinful Colors is a really inexpensive nail polish brand. I think you can buy them in the Philadelphia area for around $2. Oddly enough, I think this brand stays on longer than some of my Essie polishes! It’s been 5 days and no chips so far!

I love Sinful Colors! I have a ton of their colors. I bought one a long time ago because I loved it (I forget the name but it’s black with really small silver glitter in it) and when I realized it stayed on for a really long time and was only $1.99, I kept buying more. I have a small nail polish addiction. I actually have the color you’re wearing in this post. Good find!
That taco truck is too cool! Love when a non-planned, plan-b works :). Also, love your nails! Pretty color 🙂 I love Sally Hansen’s Insta-Dri, dries super fast, which I was shocked by, and I love the colors, it goes for $4 a bottle, but totally worth it in my book. Hopefully getting in a nice run on Saturday and just relaxing the rest 🙂 Enjoy your weekend!
