Good morning readers! I’m in such a great mood today and I think it’s because I watched a bunch of inspirational and positive YouTube videos this morning. It’s crazy how what you fill your life with really influences how you end up feeling. The channel I was watching was this woman named Diana. She vlogs (video blogs, for those of you that don’t know what a ‘vlog’ is) about her healthy lifestyle and just random stuff she comes across in her travels. You must go check her out – Do It With Diana.
ANYWAY… here are my Friday Favorites. I hope you all have a glorious weekend!
Finally taking a picture of me doing ‘Crow’ pose yesterday. I downloaded an app for my iPhone called TimerCamera and it obviously allows you to set a timer for your pics. I’ve been practicing this pose a few times each week and I definitely see improvement. Next week, I’ll be publishing a blog post about how I’ve gotten to this point and some tips and tricks for those of you looking to do this pose too.
I’m also working towards ‘Side Crow.’ It’s definitely not where it’s supposed to be, but it’s all about progress, people! I’ll take another picture at the end of this month to show the progress I’m making – which is hopefully noticeable.
Another favorite this week was getting one of my favorite fall drinks from Starbucks – Grande Soy Chai with 1 pump of Pumpkin Spice. OMG, it’s like heaven in a cup. If you love your chai lattes, you should check this out. It’s pretty subtle, but it makes the chai so much better. I wish they had the pumpkin spice syrup all year round. My life would be complete.
I also had some free time this week to paint! I’m not done the piece I’m working on, otherwise I’d show you but once it’s done it will be hung in our guest bathroom. Because right now, it’s rather dull. I love painting, and I need to do it more often. Watercolors are in my future for sure. Right now I’m just using acrylics.
I bought a new candle at Target on Tuesday – “Fall Hayride” by Glade. It was only $2.99 and it is super fragrant. I absolutely love this scent. It smells fresh but outdoorsy. If that makes any sense, LOL.
And my final favorite for this week are the Neutrogena Crease Proof Eye Shadows. They have a built in primer to prohibit the product from leaving those nasty crease marks after a few hours of wear. I absolutely love this product, because it is SO easy to apply and I don’t need to think about it. I just swipe and go on with the rest of my makeup.

Love that side crow pose! It just looks like so much fun, I think I might try it this weekend. I love Neutrogena’s face washes! I’ve always been interested in the eyeshadow pens(?). GOod to know these ones work! Have a great weekend 🙂
