Happy Friday! I’m both happy and stressed that these weeks have been flying by. Happy because it’s the weekend, but stressed because that means my wedding will be here before I know it.
I actually wasn’t sure if I would have time to put up this blog post today, because my nights have been consumed with small wedding details (i.e. keeping track of RSVPs, updating my thousand spreadsheets, designing our programs, etc.).
But anyway, it’s finally Friday and these are my Friday Favorites. Enjoy!
On Wednesday night, I went to The Cheesecake Factory with my friend, Danica. We enjoyed a delicious bottle of white zinfandel. How amazing is that marble wine holder?! Afterwards, we walked around the mall so I could look for a bachelorette party dress, however I had no luck. I don’t want to spend a lot of money on it, because I’m sure I’ll almost never wear it again. At least not very frequently. I am planning on looking again this weekend. Here’s to hoping I find something soon!
I got finally got my car washed this week. My car was disgusting! It was coated in salt and dirt from our recent snow storms, and this week I finally couldn’t take it anymore. Earlier in the week, I brushed up against my car by accident and my black purse got white salt resident all over it. It took forever to clean off. But now my car looks white again and all is good in the world.
Another favorite this week was wearing my Run DMC shirt to bed. It’s the little things in life. This shirt used to be Bryan’s but it shrunk in the wash one time so he gave it to me. Also, are you digging my flannel snowflake sheets?! They are so warm and have helped me get through this insanely freezing winter. I’ll be sad when I have to take them off for spring and summer. We have new bedding on our Pottery Barn wedding registry, so if we get any gift cards from our family and friends, that’s the first thing we’re buying! Because unfortunately, I don’t think Bryan will be able to sleep in 90 degree weather in flannel sheets. I’m cold all year round, so it’s not a problem for me

I need to get my car washed SO VERY BADLY!!!! Ugh. But of course I now have to wait til next week if I even get it washed next week, because car washes on the weekend = CRAZYYYY!
I do know what you mean about wedding planning! Seems like all my evenings are spent poring over catering and caterers to see who’s open for what tastings and who can do gluten free for my hubby. Plus we have a few kosher guests, a few lactose intolerant… it’s ridiculous. Anyway, just a shout out to you, good luck with your wedding, and that wine bottle holder IS gorgeous!!
Oh yeah I need to wash my car really bad. I usually wait until I can barely see out my windshield haha. Love those flannel sheets! I need some of those this winter! No exciting plans for me, just laying out in the sun and studying for a huge test Monday. Have a good weekend!
yeah i need to get my car washed this weekend for sure.. i think warmer weather is here for a little while though now that i say that i’m sure mother nature will surprise us again! 🙂
