Good morning readers! This week has been sort of weird. I didn’t get much sleep due to this nasty cold I have. Now Bryan is sick, so I don’t anticipate getting much sleep this weekend either. But hey! That’s what coffee is for.
Here’s a look at my Friday Favorites from this past week.
Wearing new work clothes on Monday was a highlight of this week. I went shopping last Sunday for a view pieces and couldn’t find anything too interesting. I did, however, pick up this pink skirt from the J.Crew outlet and the blue cardigan from Gap. I love both pieces so much and can’t wait to pick up more clothes this weekend and next week.
Another favorite was booking our honeymoon on Tuesday! At the end of August we’ll be going to Secrets St. James in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I am beyond excited, because I’ve never been out of the country. It will be nice to have a week to just relax and not worry about anything aside from where we’re going to dinner and what I’m wearing to the beach. August can’t come soon enough!
Favorite #3 is finally picking out and ordering new bedding. I polled my followers and friends on Instagram and Facebook on which bedding to buy and the large majority of people voted for the Asher Medallion print from Pottery Barn. That print in particular was my favorite from the beginning, so we ended up ordering it. It should be here by next Thursday!
On Wednesday, Bryan and I had dinner with his mom at Ruby Tuesday. Afterwards, we stopped at Rita’s. Side note: My first job was at a Rita’s Water Ice. Rita’s always reminds me of summer, so I was thrilled to have it so early in the season. I ordered one of my favorite flavors – juicy pear.
My final favorite of the week was meeting Danica for coffee at Starbucks on Thursday night. We sat outside for over an hour and just talked about random stuff. Her wedding is coming up in September so we went over all the details and decisions that still need to be made.

I have been craving Rita’s SO BAD lately–I definitely need to get one this weekend!
yay for Montego Bay! Eric and I just got back from there and it was the PERFECT weather! We didn’t stay at Seacrets but we did go to it to pick people up for excursions and it looked very nice! Enjoy!
Yay on booking your honeymoon!!! Jamaica sounds like so much fun! And August will be here before we know it :). Just going to relax and enjoy some time with my boyfriend before he leaves for the summer.
