Yep, I joined the bandwagon. It seems like so many amazing bloggers out there have been tracking their progress on Jamie Eason’s Live Fit Trainer, so I had to see what all the hype was about.
Who is Jamie Eason?
Jamie Eason is a fitness model, bodybuilder, and writer. She has developed her plan after numerous people asked her how she got her rockin’ bod.
What is the program?
The 3 phase program incorporates weight training, light cardio, clean eating, and supplements.
I’ll be going into more detail as the weeks progress.
What is the food plan:
Jamie offers a very strict regimen for each meal. However, I won’t be following the food plan religiously. Instead I will incorporate the main principles into my daily eats.
- Eat every 2-3 hours
- Have protein at each meal
- Clean eating!
- Whole foods packed with nutrients
- Drink a lot of H2O
- Less sugar
- No carbs after 7pm (or 3 hours before bedtime)
What is the fitness plan:
Week 1: Jamie recommends no cardio in the beginning, but I’ve decided that I’ll be doing light cardio to warm up my muscles before lifting.
- 3 sets of 12 reps
- weight= 60% of your maximum effort
- 1 minute rest in between sets
- each day focuses on a different body part
My thoughts the morning after: I am very excited to start this program. I like how there are training logs on the Facebook group page (under documents) that can help me track what I’m doing.
