My Travel Essentials

My honeymoon is at the end of August and I’ve begun to scramble to get all my travel essentials together. Fact: I’ve never been out of the country. Before this trip, the farthest I’ve ever traveled was San Diego back in college to visit my cousin Amanda. With that said, I’m definitely not an experienced traveler so I knew I had to get at least the basics before leaving for Jamaica.

When looking for traveling essentials one requirement came to mind – quality. I love products that will last for years and will only look better with age. Another item I just had to have for our honeymoon was this gorgeous card case. (Lets be serious… I’m going to be using this all year round). I have a Tory Burch wallet that I use on most days, but this tiny card case is perfect for throwing into a small clutch or bag. It’s half the size of my Tory wallet and is so much lighter! The fact that it’s monogrammed in gold is an added benefit.

• a word puzzle book – my absolute favorite is the Puzzler Book from People Magazine
• comfy flats
• a fully charged iPhone
• sunglasses
