Turn “Off” Days into “On” Days

To be blunt, yesterday sucked.  I’ve been having an “off” week.  I headed the the gym a few times and I’ve been eating semi-okay for such a terrible week, but for some reason I still feel “off”.

I’m going to blame it on hormones.  I cried during Idol, laughed during Glee, cried during Glee, and yawned about 100 times… all in about an hour.

So what did I do to make my night better?

I’m hoping today is a better day than yesterday, so I started today with some sun salutations.  I’m going to try and do a few yoga sequences and stretched every morning to start my day off right.  Small steps, people.  Small steps!

I’m loving walking at night after work to help de-stress after a long day! It’s great now that the weather isn’t too hot and humid YET!

so true! that’s a great idea. I should go for a walk after work tomorrow with Bry.

hope today is better! when I’m having an off day I doodle, draw, write snail mail, turn on a trashy reality tv show, eat lots of nut butter (right now obsessed with cashew butter), call my Mom, unplug from the internet… read, etc. etc.

i love trashy reality shows!! they always make me feel better.

I spend some time with my pug… that always helps! Hope today goes better for you!
