Thank you Kong for providing product for this post.

We love Kong products. Pete loves the toys because I stuff them with treats. I love them because they are the most durable dog toys on the market and they last forever. No need to buy a new toy every few weeks when you have Kong!
I recently discovered the brand’s interactive dog toy line and couldn’t wait to show Pete. The toys are designed to stimulate and captivate dogs’ curiosity to explore.
Marathon Ball
The Marathon Ball contains a chew treat that is locked firmly into the toy, creating a long-lasting challenge for Pete. It’s perfect for when he’s chewing things out of boredom or when we want to relax and watch TV without him jumping on us every minute. The treat has a bacon flavor that Pete loves, it helps clean his teeth, and it’s made in the USA. Triple win. The treat refills are sold separately, so the fun never ends!
This past weekend, I let Pete play with the Marathon Ball for 15 minutes to see how it held up. Let’s just say that he barely removed any of the treat. It’s going to last a while. The photos below are a bit blurry because he wouldn’t slow down. He was determined to get the treat out!
Wobbler
The Wobbler is a food dispensing toy that sits upright until pushed by a dog’s paw or nose. It periodically dispenses treats as it moves around. Pete enjoys this toy for long periods of time because he’s never sure when a treat’s going to pop out, and he likes the sound it makes.
The Wobbler can also be used as an alternative to a dog bowl if your pet eats too quickly. Just twist off the bottom, add your dog’s dry food, and let him go to town!
Pete’s cousin Moose (the corgi that I’ve blogged about a few times) has a larger version of the Wobbler and he loves it. That’s another wonderful thing about Kong products – they design their toys for dogs of every size.
