Happy 2010 Blog World!
First off, I just wanted to say that I hope you all had a great holiday and new years eve. I have been thinking a lot lately about my new years resolutions. Sat down earlier and wrote them out.. so here they are:
1. Practice more yoga. I recently haven’t been doing much yoga, and I miss it alot. I was in the best shape of my entire life when I was taking my conditioning for the dancer class at school last spring. By far, my favorite class ever. So for the new year, I plan on practicing yoga at least 3x a week, maybe more. I have to set a schedule for myself.
2. Be more patient. If you personally know me, I have absolutely no patience. I hope to not get so stressed out and just be patient with everything in my life, even if things don’t go exactly as fast as I would like.
3. Save, save, save. I need to start saving money. I will be graduating in May and I have almost no savings. Not good.
4. Self reflecting. I hope to journal a lot more often this year, and really be in touch with how I feel about things, and stop telling myself I feel one way, when I know otherwise. I hope this goes along with practicing my yoga.
Also in order to blog more often, I want to have more themed weekly posts.
Monday Mornings [breakfast, coffee, news, etc]
