You guys know how much I love yoga. I talk about it at least once a week. If you follow me on Instagram, you’re probably tired of seeing photos of yoga videos I’m doing. If you read my blog frequently, you know that I used to love taking yoga classes in the studio. However, with my busy schedule sometimes it’s difficult to attend classes at designated times (since it’s really rude to walk into a yoga class late). In-studio classes are also not budget friendly, especially since all my savings are going to wedding bills. That is why I love doing yoga at home.
A few years ago I found ReflexionYoga.com and never looked back! I love how I can do yoga anytime I want from virtually anywhere. There’s no excuse that I can’t get a workout in. All I have to do is login from anywhere and get moving.
Some yoga websites never upload new content, but Reflexion Yoga consistently offers new and exciting videos. For instance, one time I emailed Kyle, the founder, and said that I would love if they made a yoga video for women for that time of the month. I’m not even joking… less than a week later a video was up! That’s just shows you how great this company is. They really do listen to what their consumers have to say about their experience and strive to make their website better and better.
Other things I love about Reflexion Yoga:
- You can filter the videos by instructor, difficulty and length. So, if you only want to watch videos from Kyle at an intermediate level and in 30 minute increments, there are tons of videos to fit your needs. Their filtering system really is simple to use and helps you find the exact video you are looking for.
- They have videos that focus on specific poses. Some days, I only want to practice side crow or headstands and aren’t in the mood for a full flow. Reflexion Yoga uploads videos that help you get into these poses, whether you’re a pro or just want to learn them. I’ve tried a lot of yoga download websites, and most sites only offer flow videos, but Reflexion Yoga realizes that some days you just want to get straight to the point and work on specific goals.
- There are a variety of instructors, just like at a real studio. I’ve already found that I have my favorite Reflexion Yoga instructors, so when I’m looking for a video to watch I sort the videos based on that first.
- It’s affordable. If you’re used to paying $15-$20 per yoga class in the studio, you’ll be pleasantly surprised that Reflexion Yoga is significantly cheaper! Normally, a one year subscription to unlimited videos would cost $99, but since I know how much you guys are going to enjoy this site, they are offering a special promo code for my readers!

AWESOME! I currently am subscribed to YogaGlo.com but this one sounds awesome with all of the strength based classes and the 8 week program! I signed up and am excited to focus my home workouts more on building strength through yoga. THANK YOU NICOLE AND REFLECTION YOGA!
I have a yoga app on my phone, only downside is that some poses are ones that I need to see being done and I can’t see it because it’s just a picture haha. I love that they offer so many videos, especially ones for certain poses, and that you contacted them and they made it happen! What a great company!
