I generally don’t buy a lot of frozen food. I like to stick to fresh fruits and veggies. But I’m not perfect. There are nights when I need something quick and easy for my husband and I to eat for dinner. Usually this happens on Wednesdays. It’s mid-week and I’m exhausted. I just sat in a long commute home from work and all I want to do is eat dinner and watch Netflix. I don’t want to spend an hour in the kitchen prepping and cooking dinner. Sound familiar?
Let me introduce you to my lifesaver: P.F. Chang’s Home Menu which is perfect for #WokWednesday!
P.F. Chang’s Home Menu has lots of meal options, including quality cuts of beef, chicken and shrimp, paired with yummy veggies and noodles. It’s a simple way to avoid the hassle of cooking from scratch.
For Wok Wednesday, I picked up the Shrimp Lo Mein – shrimp, bok choy, mushrooms, celery, carrots and lo mein noodles with soy sauce. To enhance this dish, I sprinkled on lots of red pepper flakes {the spicier the better in my book!}.
Aside from the Shrimp Lo Mein, I also really love their Vegetable Mini Egg Rolls. Bryan and I had those a few weeks ago. I could probably eat a whole box on my own, but I decided to be nice and share with Bryan. The dipping sauce it came with was amazing too. The best part about the P.F. Chang’s Home Menu dishes is that everything you need is right there for you!
If you’re looking to break up the monotony of weeknight dinners, I highly recommend that you try P.F. Chang’s Home Menu. Why wait for Wok Wednesdays? You can eat these dishes anytime! They can be found in your grocer’s frozen section.
