Stocking Stuffers Under $30

Before I get into my post, I wanted to let you know that I am indeed keeping up with my Week of Gratitude.  I didn’t want to Instagram or post about my thank you letter that I sent yesterday, because the friend I sent it to sometimes reads the blog and my social media channels.  I’ll be doing a full recap on Monday!  Today’s task: drop off cans to a food drop-off location.

Okay, back to normal programming:

Sometimes you just need to find a perfect stocking stuffer or something inexpensive but luxurious to get a loved one and that can be pretty difficult at times!  What do you get that friend who has everything or the girl you got for your Office Secret Santa?  I’ve put together a list of items that are on my wishlist this year that are under $30, and that might be of interest to you.  So if you are curious, keep reading!

1. BECCA Lip Liner | Color: Nougat | Price: $23
This is the perfect nude lip liner, and it’s great because it has two colors!  One side to line your lips and the other you can use to fill them in.  I love all-in-one makeup items because they take up less space in my vanity! 

2. Roots Chunky Headband | Color: Fog | $24
If you’re anything like me, you are freezing all of the time.  It doesn’t matter what the temperature is outside, you are COLD.  I recently found this Roots headband online and realized that it’s absolutely perfect for those days that you’re wearing your hair up and want to keep your ears warm.  It also comes in a few different colors to meet everyone’s preferences!

3. Unite Beach Day texturizing spray | $29.95
Sometimes you just need a high quality hair-care item.  I personally have never been the girl to spend money on hair items.  Actually for the majority of my life, I just let it air dry and walked out the door.  Recently, I’ve been trying to buy higher quality hair care items because as I’m getting older my hair is getting more brittle.  This beach day texturizing spray is perfect for days when you want to wear your hair down and curly and also days when you just want a slight wave.

4. Mary Green Sleeping Eye Mask | Color: Tickled Pink | Price: $26
Ahhh, sleep masks.  The last time I owned one I was probably in middle school.  My friends, they are back!  Sleep masks are great for every person on your list, not just females.  Clearly this one in particular has a more feminine quality,  but if you want there are plain black or brown colored ones all over the Internet for that man in your life.  I personally love sleep masks because they let the light stay out!  We don’t have black-out shades or curtains in our bedroom so it can get pretty bright at times.

5. NYX Eye Liner | Color: Matte Black | Price: $5.99
I’ve been told that this NYX eye liner is the best drug-store liner out on the market right now.  It doesn’t fall under your eyes like some can do, and it stays on for hours!  I’m dying to give this one a try and will probably purchase before the holidays.  (I’ll keep you posted on a review).  If you have a friend who loves darker eye makeup, I recommend giving this to her as a stocking stuffer.  It’s also very affordable!

6. Bag Balm 1oz | $7
I recently found this item from Lo Bosworth from the Hills.  She has a new Youtube Channel and mentioned this balm in her videos.  Apparently it’s amazing and is used on movie and TV sets to get the actors’ lips nice and soft.  I was at CVS last week and they sold it, but it was at least a 5 or 6 oz. jar.  I put the 1oz jar on this list because it’s small enough to throw into your purse or makeup bag and keep your lips soft during this bitter winter months. 

7. H&M Sweatshirt | Color: Burgundy (sold out online) | $17.95
I know what you’re probably thinking, a sweatshirt in a stocking?!  YEAH!  Why not?!  I saw this sweatshirt online from H&M and was thrilled that the price was so low.  It’s perfect for lounging around on the weekends or running errands for the day.  The last time I checked, the Burgundy color was sold-out online, but they still have other great colors to pick from.  I’m also digging the black and blue solid color sweatshirts. 

8. Target Solid Knit Metallic Scarf | Color: Cream | $19.99
Does anyone else LOVE Target?  Every time I go into that store I come out with random items that I didn’t initially have on my shopping list.  This solid knit metallic scarf is great for all ages and it’s sure to keep you nice and toasty.  I personally love infinity scarfs because there’s nothing to think about – you throw it over your head and you’re out the door!
