Memorial Day weekend is coming up! You know what that means… yummy BBQ, ice cold sangria, and a three day weekend. Oh, and hanging out in the pool. So my friends, it’s time to get your booty in shape for bikini season and I’m here to help.
What’s the first step? Putting together a kick-ass summer workout playlist! If you’re like me, you NEED music whether you’re on the treadmill, elliptical, or lifting weights. If don’t have music playing, it’s hard for me to focus. A perfectly curated playlist can get me through any workout.
The playlist below is right around 45 minutes, and includes some songs to help you cool down at the end. These are songs that I’m OBSESSED with right now. Bryan is so tired of me playing some of these because I legit have them on repeat.

I hope you guys love this playlist as much as I do. Some of the music is a bit random {LIL’ WAYNE?!}, but I think it works. It gets me pumped up to sweat, but then gives me a good amount of time to stretch afterwards.

I think I’m getting old, I only know one of these songs (the JT one) and that’s because it’s ALWAYS on the radio now since its debut. I’m LOVING the new Carrie Underwood song Church Bells to work out to 🙂
