Hey peeps,
So I’m not sure if this is a definite idea of mine yet, but I’ve been thinking a lot about getting back into running. I’ve never been a “runner”. I’ve been a dancer my entire life, and was told millions of times that I could injure my knees if I ran a lot. But, now that I have nothing else to do fitness-wise, I’ve decided (or so it’s a thought right now) to get into running. Not sure if I’ll be training for a marathon, because as of now I have zero stamina. I’m trying to find a basic running guide for someone who is just starting… does anyone know of any? Also, I am going to start doing the 100 workout.
So does anyone have any tips/ideas/comments??
