Hi! Happy Wednesday! I’ve been battling a nasty cold all week {this is the 2nd time i’ve gotten sick since January!}, so things around here have been super low-key. Almost every single day when I get home from work, I take a shower, put on PJs and watch TV. Yoga has taken a backseat this week, because I can’t imagine doing anything upside down with the nasal congestion that I have going on. Oy. But, I’m hoping to be back in the studio tomorrow for some Yin yoga.
