Yes it is crazzzy windy outside. Like “I am wearing a hat today, because it’s so windy outside”, windy! Any how. Today I woke up in an awesome mood, I hope the mood lasts the whole day! I have a big Bio Psych of Motivation test tomorrow, which I barely studied for, [first procrastination of the semester]. I plan to be at the library all night studying because if I sit in my bedroom in my apartment, it’s way too distracting.
Last night me and the roomie went to Walmart for some card-making supplies. I’m making Mike a V-day card later on, so I will post the finished result sometime before Saturday =)

20 minutes- bike- 200 cal- 5 miles

3 sets 10 reps 10lbs shoulder press
I could not believe that I stayed on the treadmill for 40 whole minutes. I mean it wasn’t my first choice (all the ellipticals were full) but man, it felt great to keept running. I vary my speed and do intervals, that is why I only ran 3.5 miles in 40 minutes, peeps! I really did push myself at the gym today and I felt amazing when I left. I usually NEVER ever do bike, but today I was in the mood to. And boy does my butt hurt! ha-ha. =)
