gifts for toddler girls 2020

Gift guides for kids can be tough to pull together since every child is into different things. This one for toddler girls features items that have my stamp of approval… because they are things that have already been purchased for Vienna by ourselves or by our families.

1. Magnatiles: We bought a set of these for our nephew one year for Christmas, and he still plays with them. I posted about these on Instagram when they came in the mail and so many of you DM’d me saying your little one loves them! Vienna enjoys making towers using her Mega Bloks, so these are a great next step.

2. Pottery Barn Kids Personalized Lunchbox: If your toddler is in daycare, a lunchbox is essential. Although Vienna’s school provides some food, I like to pack a few extras in case she’s hungry. We’ve been using a purple lunchbox from PB Kids since she was 3 months old and it has finally started looking worn out. We always get it personalized so her teachers can easily find it at pick-up and there’s one less item to label with stickers.

3. Honey Bear Pages Personalized Laminated Placemat: I discovered the Honey Bear Pages Etsy shop months ago and have been eyeing all the adorable items offered ever since. The laminated placemats come in a variety of customizable options for both boys and girls. It’s such a precious gift for children of all ages. They have placemats for tracing and practicing letters, but I ordered one to use during meals. I love how it’s laminated and wipes clean.

4. VTech Write & Learn: Vienna played with an Etch a Sketch recently and couldn’t step away from it. This version is similar but has an electronic screen at the top with animated demonstrations that help children learn to write letters and draw pictures.

5. Zara Sneaker Boots: I saw these sneaker boots on another mom blogger account and knew they’d be the perfect gift this year. I don’t know about your toddler, but Vienna seems to have trouble playing in her winter boots. The soles are always too stiff and clunky. These sneaker boots will keep your child’s feet nice and warm, while still providing the flexibility to run and play.

6. Cat & Jack Star Pjs: We love Cat & Jack pajamas from Target because they hold up well and come in a bunch of cute patterns. These star pjs have a waffle knit material and are insanely soft.

7. Crayola Twistable Crayons: Vienna is always breaking her crayons while using them and ripping off the paper wrapper. These twistable crayons solve those problems! The plastic tube makes them virtually unbreakable and the twist up design requires no sharpening or peeling.

8. Zara Jacquard Knit Hat: You can never have enough cold weather gear, especially if you live in a cooler climate like I do where we have (what seems to be) a long winter. This hat from Zara is great because the colors are a bit muted and will match any outfit. I also love the ties. They have other colors too, so definitely browse around.

9. Little Partners Learning Tower: This might be the gift that I’m most excited for Vienna to get this year for Christmas. Kristin Cavallari posted a video recently of her kitchen essentials and this tower was featured. Vienna loves watching and helping me make meals, but I get nervous letting her sit on the counter all the time. This allows her to get involved in a safe way.

10. Little Partners Adjustable Easel: This easel features a chalk board on one side and a magnetic dry erase board on the other. The organizing lover in me is thrilled that there’s a little shelf for supplies. It makes a great gift for kids of all ages because of the adjustable height.

11. Minnie Mouse Coloring Book: Vienna loves Minnie and goes through her coloring books quickly. It’s such a simple gift, but one she’ll be so excited to open.
