Happy 2 Year Anniversary

Today is me and Bry’s 2 year anniversary.  I can’t believe it’s only been 2 years, because it feels like it has been much longer.  Here’s a bit about us.

We met in Cognitive Psychology class the first semester of our senior year of college.  He sat behind me in class, because I took the coveted  nerd spot right in front of our teacher.  We didn’t talk much, until I found out that he was friends with my room-mate’s boyfriend.  I asked if he wanted to study for class with me.  (Side note: for some odd reason, my average in Cognitive Psych was over 100%.  I’m a huge nerd who loved the class so much that I answered all the questions + the bonus questions correctly.)  He was hesitant to study with me, because he thought I had other intentions.  Sure, studying in the library with a hunky blonde guy was a thought of mine, but I actually just wanted a study buddy.  He eventually started studying with me and the rest is history.

I’m not really sure what we’ll be doing tonight, but he did let me know that I can dress up! WOO. It’s what I look forward too. Considering my daily attire these days consists of sweats until 1pm, running attire until 2pm, and maybe jeans after. Hey, that’s the wardrobe of a freelance writer and social media consultant who works from home! Thus, getting dressed up is fun for me.

Happy Anniversary, best friend. Can’t wait to spend many more anniversaries with you!
