host a low-key luncheon at home

I love hosting small parties at home, because it gives me a chance to put together delicious foods and spend time with my closest friends. Who doesn’t love that?! I know entertaining can sometimes cause lot of stress and anxiety for people, so I wanted to show you how to host a low-key luncheon at home. In my opinion, lunch parties are a lot easier (and sometimes more fun) to put together than dinner parties.

For my low-key luncheon, I decided to put together a quick and easy sandwich bar where our friends could create their own sandwich masterpieces! Since I clearly don’t eat meat, I made the most delicious veggie sandwich. If you’re interested in putting together a sandwich bar, keep reading!

Dessert

Let’s be serious. No meal is complete without dessert. I wish I was lying, but I eat something sweet every day. I don’t have time for restriction! So for dessert, I put out DOVE® Fruit Cherries and Blueberries, and made delicious oatmeal cookies using DOVE® Fruit Cranberries. I’ve always been a huge fan of DOVE® chocolate, so when I saw their chocolate covered fruits at Walmart,  I knew I had to try them. They combine the wellness benefits of dark chocolate with juicy fruit!
