Here are my goals for July. I plan on recapping around the middle of the month in order to review my goals and my progress. Seems like a good idea right?
Fitness
- Run at least 15 mi. each week.
- Go to yoga every Saturday.
- Develop a HIIT running workout.
- Do an abs workout everyday and include a 4 minute plank!
Personal
- Have my nails painted at all times. This should hopefully help me to not pick or tear my nails.
- Stop eating white bread.
- Re-read Food Matters.
Blogging
- Develop a schedule for what I’m going to post.
- Write each post the night before.
