Tuesday morning goals.

I will be the first to admit, I am the worst when it comes to achieving long-term goals. I’ve tried to do yoga every day for a month straight, and bailed after a week. So, what works for me is to make weekly goals. Every Tuesday on Simply Nicole I will list my WEEKLY goals. So here we go (like Super Mario!)

1. Two water bottles full of water. I have a BPA free water bottle that I use, so this week I will drink 2 full bottles of water throughout my day, minimum.
2. Morning workout: 100 crunches, and 40 sun salutations before leaving for work/school.
3. Get all homework done before Friday.

I will accomplish all of these goals. Now, what are your Tuesday morning goals?
