My Relaxing Night

Yesterday wasn’t the best.  Around 1pm I started to have really bad cramps (for no reason).  It wasn’t a stomach ache or anything, it was much lower.  It felt like the pain I felt when I had to get an ultrasound done a few years ago when they found a tiny tiny ovarian cyst.  So, I obviously couldn’t move around a lot and wasn’t even going to try to make it to the gym.

My relaxing night consisted of:

  • putting on PJs
  • laying on the couch with a heating pad
  • drinking some hot green tea
  • setting the mood with a candle
  • watching Dr. 90210, the Real Housewives of Orange County and the Glee Project

It couldn’t have been better.  Well, I would have liked to go to the gym and not have abdominal pain, but whatever.
