Bryan and I are pretty busy people. We both work full-time, I blog on the side, and I do freelancing writing when I can. We also do our best to plan fun night outs during the work week to de-stress (i.e. cooking classes at Whole Foods, happy hours with friends). With that said, I don’t always make the best decisions for late-night snacks when I get home from a busy day. Enter Outshine! 

I’ve been a huge fan of Outshine Bars for a few years now. The first kind I ever tried were the Outshine Yogurt Bars. I enjoyed them so much that I had to go and purchase the other varieties. They are the perfect afternoon, after work, before bed,anytime snack. I love because they have simple, honest ingredients that taste absolutely delicious. They are satisfying, refreshing, and make me feel good after a long day. Although I can’t eat the Yogurt Bars right now since I’m dairy-free (for the time being), I’m keeping these on hand for when I can devour the whole box in one sitting. Oh, you don’t do that? I kid, I kid!

Another reason I love Outshine is because the brand gives back to the community. Outshine helps plant fruit trees for beautification and consumption, and also provides fresh fruits and veggies to Feeding America.

It’s been a while since I had an Outshine Bar, but when I was walking through Walmart the other day I saw them. Of course, I had to buy a few boxes. I picked up the Outshine Yogurt Bars (for when I can eat dairy again), Fruit Bars, Coconut Water Bars and Fruit and Veggie Bars.
