Water Cleanse

So I couldn’t do my 30 day challenge. I suck at actually writing things down daily. I forget to pack my notebook, etc. Excuses, I know. I’ve been actually drinking a lot of water lately. A lot more than usual. For some reason, I am not a liquid person. I don’t drink that much fluid in general. But that must change. So I am deciding to try to follow this water cleanse in order to regulate how much water I am actually drinking every day.

I am going to start a water cleanse.  
Here are the requirements:

First thing in the morning: drink 20oz of water immediately after waking up. Fill up a large glass or BPA free water bottle with water & ice. Over night the ice will melt, leaving you with a cold glass of water right when you wake up. It is super easy to be lazy and not want to go downstairs to grab water, so if you leave it near your bed, there are no excuses!

During breakfast: drink 12 oz of water

2 hours before lunch: drink 16 oz of water

During lunch: drink 16 oz of water

Between lunch & dinner: drink 32 oz of water

During dinner: drink 20 oz of water

Before bed: drink 12 oz of water
