This weekend was a lot of fun, because I had time to go out, hang out with friends, and spend time just relaxing. This post is going to be long, so let’s just get started with my Weekend Recap.
Friday: On Friday night, Bry and I had two of our friends over for game night. We like to do game nights at each others’ houses every once and a while, because nothing is more fun than board games and booze! We played Parcheesi and I actually won! I never win board games. Last game night we played 5-6 rounds of Clue and I lost every time. I found my niche.
Saturday: No alarm was set on Saturday morning, which was nice for a change. At noon, Bry and I drove to Bethlehem, PA to attend Musikfest! We went to last year’s festivities and knew we’d had a good time again. I didn’t get my corn on the cob this time around, but we got a 24oz beer mug instead!
Sunday: I got a lot done on Sunday. I went to the pool for an hour or so, finished reading the Secret for the 3rd time, and then went to Starbucks to get some freelance writing done. I have the opportunity to write articles for a few bloggers, a local magazine’s blog, and a local fitness magazine. I obviously have a lot to do, but I’m very excited! Great things to come!

I’ve never been to Musikfest which is funny since my ex is from that area. This weekend I had a lot of friend time, ran, and straightened up my apartment! Good luck with the freelance work!
You know what? I don’t think I’ve EVER been to Musikfest! Strange, since I’m about an hour away from Bethlehem. It sounds like it would be fun!
