Look at the excitement on my face. This was quickly washed away because within moment of stepping into the gym the front desk guy tells me all classes before 11am were canceled. BOO. I know. Not only did I wake up at 5:15, actually get out of bed & walk a block in the snow to get to the gym, I was actually motivated to do yoga this morning. Ah oh well. Next week it better not be canceled. My gym trip wasn’t totally a bummer. I had no energy to do weight training today, but I did do a kick ass 35 minutes on the Elliptical & 25 minutes on the Treadmill. Then on the way home, stopped at my favorite bagel place for coffee — half regular coffee, half french vanilla cappuccino, 1 half & half & 2 splendas. SWEET SWEET COFFEE.
Anyway, this morning hasn’t been too bad. I do enjoy being able to get something done early in the morning. Although a nap later is already scheduled. Haha. But for right now, I am enjoying the snow on the ground, my coffee, Colbie Caillat & a Yoga Living newsletter. My bed is calling my name, so I will update again soon. =)
