Fashion’s Night Out

Last night was Fashion’s Night Out!  I was able to sit front row at the fashion show outside of Nordstrom.  Last year I went to Fashion’s Night Out and loved the experience, so I knew I had to come back again this year.  Although Bry and I didn’t stay long, we had fun walking around, drinking and eating the food they were serving outside of Lord and Taylor, and seeing fall fashion.  Ok, well maybe only I enjoyed that last part.

getting ready: top (c/o) Karen Kane, jeans from Gap
Outside of Lord & Taylor: drinks and food courtesy of Morton’s Steak House, Tito’s Vodka + more

FNO Agenda + Chocolate.  Nails: Mink Muff by Essie

Front row at the fashion show + swag from L. L. Bean
I sat in the front row alongside approximately 4 other local bloggers, a woman from the Mainline times, and a woman from NBC Philadelphia.  We were given a canvas tote from L. L. Bean filled with goodies.

Now let’s take a look at some of my favorite fashion looks.  There were a few looks that seemed a bit too “high-fashion” and not very practical, but overall the outfits were affordable, gorgeous, and perfect for fall!
Left: BCBG red flounced blouse & BCBG leopard knit skirt (Bloomingdales)
Right Brown and taupe sweater, taupe skirt (The Limited)
Left: Multi color blocked pleated dress (DKNY)
Right: Chartreuse trench coat with green print dress (Kenneth Cole)
Left: Navy dot dress with argyle cardigan (Lilly Pulitzer)
Right: Teal/gray dotted cardigan (The Limited)
Left: Rust cape, print silk blouse, ivory pant (Piazza Sempione)
Right: Another shot of the Kenneth Cole outfit from above
Left: Black jumpsuit and sequin jacket from the Kardashian Collection (Sears)
 Right: heels (Nordstrom)
My favorite outfit of the night.  My jaw literally dropped when I saw this.
Everyone in the audience went, “ahhhhhh.”
 Last photo of the night!
