Friday favorites

Good morning!  It’s been a surprisingly fast week.  Last night after work I headed to the gym for my first run since Monday.  I haven’t been sticking to my goal this month to continue doing 15 mile weeks like I did last month.  It’s alright though.  I’ve been trying to get into the habit of doing other forms of exercise along with running.

Let’s take a look at my favorites from this past week, in no particular order:

I really love her advice regarding becoming a success.  Bex said,

“You just kind of have to show up and be the person that you picture yourself to be in the future if you did everything right.  Because here’s the deal, inside you’re already that person.  It’s already there.  Everything wonderful, beautiful, magical, all of the knowledge, everything you want to become is already in you. It’s only doubt and fear that is hiding you from that truth.”

I know, I’m usually the last person to be bright and cheery on a random Thursday morning, but I was just feeling really good yesterday.  I don’t know if it was the weather, or the fact that I read the Secret last weekend and I’m using tips from there… but it was a nice day. 

A blog refresh in the making.  YES.

I’ve been talking about this for months now and it is actually happening.  I’ll be getting a brand new header and a facelift for the rest of the blog.  I’ve been working with my graphic designer on various ideas, and I think I finally know what direction I want to take it in.  Everything should be up hopefully by the end of the month!
